EE DENIES ANY OTHER INJURIES. EE STATES HE HAS APPLIED CONTINUOUS PRESSURE TO THE WOUND AND IT IS STILL ACTIVELY BLEEDING. EE REFERRED TO PROVIDER [REDACTED] HAVING AN OPEN WOUND THAT HAS NOT STOPPED BLEEDING AFTER AT LEAST TEN MINUTES OF FIRM CONTINUOUS PRESSURE.
