He was in the process of stacking empty pallets inside of his trailer after a delivery

Driver had completed his deliveries at [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] same parking lot After the deliveries he went up on the lift gate to the start stacking the empty pallets on top of the emptypallet stack located at rear of trailer He positioned the pallets with the pallet jack then realized he needed to move the stack a bit to give himself more room to work As he started to move towards the pallet jack his right foot caught the corner of one of the empty pallets He lost his balance and the moisture on the floor caused him to slip and fall As he fell forward his right shoulder hit the pallet jack frame His shoulder hurt afterwards
