while the passenger was disembarking he did not wait until for the driver to unbuckle the seatbelt and proceeded to move his wheelchair off the lift the driver tried to tell him to wait but he was moving he got restricted by the seatbelt and something flung off the lift and hit her very hard in the face driver lip was left busted bleeding and swollen and her two front teeth feel loose . she believes it was remote from the lift or the seatbelt that flung and hit her in her mouth.
