What happened
I was assisting other nurses to re-direct patient back to bed after he was attempling to walk into other patient rooms. I had his arm for assistance sitting back on the he flopped down hard and nearly fell off the far side. I supported his arm to prevent this. He repidily rose and struck me in the right jaw.
