EE was running B02A on the left head of Graham. Part finished its cycle the sliding doors opened and when the mold had separated the EE noticed the part was stuck to the mold at the bottom on the alignment pin while the gripper was pulling it out (at times the parison may have excess material that becomes attached to the mold). When the gripper pulled it out this caused the parison to stretch and break at the top near the gripper. The remainder fell to the floor and bottom was still attached to the mold. EE entered the press to pull the part from the mold and dispose of it. EE squatted down and started pulling the part from the mold & had some difficulty pulling it off the mold. The hot parison can act as an adhesive bonding to the alignment pin. Left foot slipped under the mold possibly becoming lodged and hyper extended when TM fell onto his backside. TM was able to remove the part and dispose of it then continued remainder of the shift and did not feel the foot was injured at that t
