The employee was inspecting the [REDACTED] Spoiler following the standard process. The spoiler is approximately 24 wide and 54 long and weighs approximately 10lbs. The employee inspected approximately 100 of these spoiler during this particular shift along with the additional 250 of the smaller lighter spoilers. The following is the process the employee follows while inspecting the spoilers; The employee lifts the spoiler from the rack and places it on the table to inspect the front of the part through sight and touch. The employee flips the part to inspect the back of the spoiler using sight and touch and then lifts it to place it back on the rack to be packaged. We produce approximately 160 of these larger spoilers per day over a 3-shift operation to meet our customer demand of approximately 800 spoilers per week.
