Before the incident

EE was aligning dumpling trays with a long tool on a conveyor.

What happened

EE was working on forming conveyor she was tasked to make sure trays did not land incorrectly in the shutter conveyor transport mold. EE has a long tool to move the trays to prevent placing her hand close to the equipment. EE placed the tool in a section that trays do not jam EE attempted to pull a tray but pushed her hand too far in the shutter conveyor moved and actual conveyor assembly struck her hand as she pulled it out of the bottom of the machine causing a laceration to her left hand. EE requested medical to look at the laceration. EE was trained on [REDACTED] and once again [REDACTED] during supervisors safety stand downs.
