EE reported to his supervisor that as he was assembling the scales he felt soreness to his right shoulder EE reports that as he was carrying the scale the scale almost slipped out of his hand causing discomfort to his right shoulder when he attempted to secure the scale in his hands. Employee refused medical but was referred to Atlas for early preventative care.
