What happened

EE reported that on [REDACTED] he had stubbed his Left thumb he stated that it was no big deal EE received coaching for failing to report an injury. The incident was reported on [REDACTED] to the supervisor the incident was sent to Safety on [REDACTED] EE without notice to his supervisor decided to go to the emergency room of his choice the emergency room prescribed him medication and gave the employee 2 days off work. the employees left thumb is purple no fracture no physical damage. We cannot validate the injury cannot find CCTV and there are not witnesses.
