EE was dumping trash bags into the compactor

What happened

EE reported to supervisor that when EE was dumping trash in the trash compactor as EE lifted the trash can a drop of fluid came out of the plastic bag that EE was dumping and landed in the EE right eye. EE was wearing safety glasses and a face shield. the drop slid down EE forehead and into [REDACTED] right eye. After EE washed out eye out the right eye continued to swell and get irritated EE was sent to Exer for treatment Exer washed employees eye and EE returned to work with no loss time or restrictions.
