What happened

EE was asked to transfer to a new department due to performance EE responded to supervisor that EE would rather stay in the current department working vegetables cilantro because if she is moved her wrist may hurt. EE supervisor asked EE if this is a formal injury report EE said yes unless you leave me in the same department. Supervisor had this conversation with EE on [REDACTED] and on [REDACTED] EE is reporting that the wrist pain was from [REDACTED] this employee stated that in [REDACTED] she felt pain but this was not reported then because it went away. She is reporting pain now anticipating she will be in pain if moved departments. EE was scheduled for Atlas care.
