Tightening a screw.
What happened
The mechanic attempted to secure a nail on the side of the belt without turning off the machine. The conveyor belt moved back and forth and when exposed the mechanic tried to tighten the screw. During the attempt that caused the injury the tool got stuck on the screw leading his hand into the machine cover. The injury sustained was a puncture to the top of the hand and 3 stitches were needed.
