Before the incident
Picking 10 solutions for tote 15 For franklin hospital i put the tote on the floor and put a garbage bag in the tote then proceeded to put the solution then i closed the tote and putting the tote back on top of the cart.
What happened
After i put the tote back on top of the cart my lower back started hurting i tried to do a couple more batches but the pain was unbearable could not bend down to pick items or pick up totes. Also felt pain pushing the u-boats to put my totes.
