Before the incident
Put in an incident report the other day was recommended by my union delegate to put in another one. Had a heavy assignment [REDACTED] and ended up hurting what I thought was my elbow. Pain subsided but now it 's back
What happened
Heavy assignment feel like I irritated whatever happened. Arm feels like it 's on fire . I can 't sleep it kept me awake and ended up having to call out for my shift
