Before the incident
While performing CPR one of the providers who was at the head ventilating the patient reached to grab something from a resident who was at my left I was poked in the left eye with her bloody glove while looking down during compressions.

The patient had bloody secretions coming out the supraglottic airway the provider 's glove was bloody and poked me in the left eye while trying to reach to grab something from another provider.
