Before the incident
we were told that an emergency case had to go right away. we were also having an emergency in room one when doctor cut a major vessel in his hemiarthoplasty. needed a vascular set up. i was setting up for both at the same time
What happened
i was grabbing the olympus tray. some one had place a shorter tray under it. They were aligned in the front they looked like they were the same size. when i lifted the top tray the small one fell on my left big toe.
