I WAS THE CIRCULATING NURSE IN O.R. [REDACTED]. THE SURGEON ORDERED AN INTRAOPERATIVE XRAY WHICH NEEDED THE XRAY SHIELD TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE ROOM.
What happened
AFTER THE XRAY WAS TAKEN I PUSHED THE XRAY SHIELD TO THE SIDE. AS I WALKED PAST THE SHIELD THE SHOE BOOTIE ON MY RIGHT SHOE GOT CAUGHT ON THE BRAKE ON THE LEG OF THE XRAY SHIELD. I FELL DOWN ON MY BUTTOCKS BRACING MY FALL WITH MY RIGHT AND LEFT HANDS
