Patient pulled up to Nursing Facility to assist with an admission. Upon arrival she exited her vehicle and began to walk to the front doors where she then tripped and hit her head on the concrete car stop block.

Patient sustained multiple scraps and bruising along her knees arms and wrist. She had a place on her head that was skinned up and she claimed to have passed out at the incident site.
