The injured worker approached another associate who was operating a [REDACTED] lift and instructed the associate to get off the equipment. During this interaction the injured worker positioned himself on the right side of the [REDACTED]. An argument then ensued between the two employees.

As the other associate attempted to drive the lift forward the injured worker stepped further into the path of the equipment. The lift made contact with the injured worker causing him to fall to the ground.
