Delivery driver said he was hurt lifting a package in the warehouse. Upon being told we would review the cameras he changed his statement to that he was injured delivering on the road. He then tried to negotiate not doing city-based routes ([REDACTED] [REDACTED]) and he would return to full duty. Unaware of how he was injured but he said he was lifting a package in multiple locations.
