What happened
IE was cutting larger pallets into smaller 2ft. wide pallets to put products on to ship. While the IE was cutting the pallet with a [REDACTED] the blade caught a nail and caused the [REDACTED] to jerk back towards the [REDACTED] The blade came back far enough to cut into her left hand. The IE was using their right hand to operate the trigger and their left hand to hold the [REDACTED]. The IE was taken to the Ballinger hospital where they were evaluated and received 25 sutures. The IE will have sutures removed 9 28 25.
