What happened
Employee was moving duct from the duct shop to the back loading dock. He had picked up a piece to load into a vehicle thought he had seen someone in his way and in an effort to not hit them with the duct moved to avoid them. He didn 't notice that there was a piece of duct to his left and cut his left forearm on the sharp edge.
