What happened
Employee was walking down the stairs from the second floor towards the lobby. He was carrying a ladder when he slipped in something and rolled down the stairs. In the process he ended up hurting his eye bruising his left arm and getting a small cut there (no stitches was needed). He felt very shaken and extreme pain after the fall and had the security guard help him get up. He walked to his office and felt dizzy and the ambulance and fire department was called.
