Slip [REDACTED] Fall on step ladder exiting the bricker.

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. A worker tasked with operating the forklift to transport the bricks to the skid from the breaker known as [REDACTED]. The normal operator of the breaker left for a moment and during this time [REDACTED] wanted to help his coworker. Furthermore [REDACTED] began to operate the breaker for about 15 minutes. When the operator returned to the area [REDACTED] proceeded to exit the breaker using the step ladder in front of the breaker. While [REDACTED] was coming down from the step ladder he slipped and hit his lower back on the second step of the ladder. [REDACTED] then regained his footing landing on the ground with his feet. He notified his supervisor [REDACTED] who told him to rest in the break room.
