What happened
[REDACTED] [REDACTED] was working by the conveyor that feeds the chopline shaker table. - While he was working by the conveyor one of the legs supporting it moved causing it to fall on top of him. - At [REDACTED] I heard [REDACTED] yelling for our help. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] & I ran over and saw [REDACTED] pinned under the conveyor. - [REDACTED] & I lifted the conveyor enough for [REDACTED] to pull him out from under the conveyor - [REDACTED] was conscious & talking but in a lot of pain. - I immediately call [REDACTED] so he could communicate with [REDACTED] & [REDACTED]. - I instructed [REDACTED] to call [REDACTED] and go wait outside by the main gate and to inform security what had happened. - I instructed [REDACTED] to clear the path so the Paramedics had a direct path to [REDACTED]. - Paramedics arrived at [REDACTED] - Paramedics took him out on a sitting stretcher and transported him to [REDACTED]
