What happened
Associate alleges I was transporting a patient from Room 22 in the Emergency Room to the Observation Unit while assisting the technician in the room with me I turned around to throw my gloves in the garbage and I tripped on a wheelchair that was sitting in the corner of the room that the patients husband had been sitting in before he had stepped out to get out of the way and when I tripped my foot pretty much folded under itself and when it did I snapped my toe. After that I still had finished transporting my patient returned the stretcher to the Emergency Room and walked back to the Transport Office which then I was in agony and went and checked in the ER myself as a patient had x-rays done and confirmed broke my great left toe.
