What happened
[REDACTED] was trying to redirect a resident out of another resident 's room when she became verbally aggressive and started to throw herself into wall and went to throw herself on the floor so the [REDACTED] caught the resident and the resident grabbed squeezed the [REDACTED] 's left arm digging her nails into her skin breaking the skin in multiple areas. The [REDACTED] was able to remove the resident 's hand off her arm and while doing that the resident leaned in and bit the [REDACTED] on her left breast piercing the skin their as well. The [REDACTED] 's left breast was bleeding in multiple teeth mark areas and starting to bruise.
