Employee was backing up electric power jack to load palates into the AWG truck . There was not enough room behind him to step back due to another palate and the jack did not stop fast enough. The bottom back edge of the jack ran over the top of his lef

Employee was backing up electric power jack to load palates into the AWG truck . There was not enough room behind him to step back due to another palate and the jack did not stop fast enough. The bottom back edge of the jack ran over the top of his left foot causing pain in the muscle. He continued to work but at 930 complained to the manager about the pain not subsiding and apparent swelling especially when putting weight on the foot.
