Teammate got a splinter in his right thigh from a piece of wood on the table.
Injury or illness
Splinter in right thigh. Teammate became nauseous and was sent home. Went to Med Express to get a doctor 's note for flu as part of our attendance policy. Told them about splinter and was given a tetanus shot. Med Express (not part of our WC Panel) wrote teammate off for one day on a WC Form instead of a medical form.
