What happened
The associate was loading moldings into a trailer when he began to feel discomfort in their right arm. Subsequently he proceeded to the molding area to retrieve three additional boxes. While attempting to flip a box from the top part of a molding cart to grab it he lost control of the box and experienced sharper pain in the same arm. This incident was reported on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. The associate was instructed to go to the plant to fill out an incident report and to visit the clinic for medical attention. However they stated that they did not have transportation available at that time.
