What happened
Immediately prior to the incident the employee was entering the site through the (East) turnstile. After coming through the turnstile the employee reported that as she attempted to pivot to the left she immediately slipped and fell on an icy walkway surface. The employee 's left knee and left shoulder contacted the ground. The employee was helped to her feet with the assistance of other employees. The employee was unable to put any weight on her left knee as she was assisted into the building.
