What happened
Immediately prior to the incident the employee was manually picking multiple boxes of palletized levers and placing them on the top shelf of a nearby wire rack. The palletized boxes were placed on the ground and the employee was bending down and forward to pick the boxes. As the employee was picking the few remaining boxes (from 24 boxes) he reported a sharp pain in the middle area of his back (thoracic region). The employee immediately stopped working and reported the incident to his supervisor.
