What happened
Immediately prior to the incident the employee was attempting to transfer a box containing four (4) locks from a weight adjusting cart to a pallet rack shelf. After picking the box the employee said that as she turned toward the shelf she felt a pop in her left shoulder immediately followed by numbness in her left arm and hand. The employee stated that feeling in her left arm and hand returned after several minutes. She also reported that when the numbness dissipated the shoulder began to throb. The employee alerted the Shipping Coordinator at [REDACTED].
