What happened
At some point during the employee’s [REDACTED] shift the employee stated that he was placing a Hoist [REDACTED] flight bar (weighing approximately 25 pounds) onto the flight bar rack. The employee stated that after placing the bar on the rack his right forearm did not feel right. The employee worked the remainder of his shift without notifying either SMX or Allegion. On [REDACTED] approximately two (2) hours into his shift the employee reported pain in his forearm to the weekend supervisor. The Supervisor examined the forearm and advised the employee to use caution while exerting his right arm.
