Clearing off snow and ice debris from truck

Team Member was clearing off snow and ice debris from the truck to use for the day. Team Member had cleared half the truck bed off then moved the truck prior to clearing the other half of the bed off exposing ice that was under the truck. When walking around the front of the truck team member slipped and fell on ice.
