What happened
TM was dropping pallets inside room 14 when TM stepped out of equipment as he walked the aisle he was looking at his paperwork and did not notice a pallet with product on the floor and kicked it with the outside of his right foot. TM started having pain on this pinky toe coming on and off. The TM notified a trainer about his pain and TM was notify by the trainer to reported to his supervisor. Once question team member was wearing appropriate PPE (shoes) when claimed incident occurred.
