What happened
Employee was setting down the agitator assy. He loosened his grip to let go of the agitator. The agitator blade caught his right hand and the weight of the agitator assembly then brought his hand into the corner of the ear of the tote he was cleaning. The force caused the tote ear to cut through his glove and into his hand.
