What happened
On __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__ the [RE[REDACTED]CTED] was about to deliver to __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__ (with the package TBA306498697204) at about __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__ and unfortunately stepped out of the van doing the three contact process but backward. The [RE[REDACTED]CTED] thinks she misplaced her footing maybe which ended in her falling backward sideways. There was a curb she was parked by that was also involved in the fall as the [RE[REDACTED]CTED] fell her ankle hit the concrete curb. This small blow to the ankle created a big bruise and immediate pain. The [RE[REDACTED]CTED] called dispatch immediately because her ankle instantly had sharp pain if there was any pressure put onto it and her ankle hurt just trying to move it around. The Dispatch on duty asked her to come back and go to MedExpress. The one MedExpress we used was busy so the [RE[REDACTED]CTED] was sent to __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__
