What happened
Crushed finger resulting in an amputation. While operating a dock stocker EIQ entered the aisle Z58 from the receiving side (west) and struck the yellow cross bean on the left side of the aisle. EIQ had left hand gripping the side of the PIV and in doing so the left pinky finger was caught between the PIV and the racking during impact.
