Loading his van during loadout
What happened
The following is a statement from the DA: After going to load out I hurt my back. I was loading my van with the bags at the time and was trying to hurry before we ran out of time. I was lifting one bag from the van floor and felt a sting but kept going. I didn 't think much of it but as soon as I was done and on the way to my first delivery it kept bothering me. The pain was coming from my right shoulder blade just inside the middle of my back. I was having pain in my left arm when I moved it or did anything with it.
