On __RE[RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED]CTED__ at approximately __RE[RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED]CTED__ the [RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED] was leaving the area after delivering to __RE[RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED]CTED__ with __RE[RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED]CTED__ and on his way out when he was closing the sliding gate of the business it fell on top of him. The [RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED] said the gate didn’t feel stable when he opened it but he didn’t know that it would just collapse on him; so unfortunately it did fall the gate is on the ground and this particular gate had barbed wire on the top of it which hit the[RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED] in the face and his right leg. The [RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED]’s face on the right side was bruised immediately and swelled with a scratch on his forehead and his right leg was also scratched up and bleeding. At the time of the incident the [RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED] wanted to finish his rout
