Before the incident
Assisting production team with startup of [REDACTED] box transfer conveyors
What happened
When the EE got to [REDACTED] the box transfer conveyors were already running. However box conveyor #2 was running backwards. After noting that the belt was running backwards the EE went to the idler and drive pulley section of the conveyor. At this point he placed his hand on the roller and it was caught between the two pulleys. He called for help the estop was pressed and the conveyors stopped.
