What happened
EE let me know that she was stacking bags into a cart for inbound flight [REDACTED]. She was stacking a bag on the top row in the back of the cart and lost her footing falling forward and grabbed a bag with her left hand and the curtain with her right. She felt instant pain in her left hand and when she tried to grab another bag the pain shot up through her wrist. She reported the incident immediately.
