Employee was walking with their pallet jack in the freezer when they lost traction and slipped.
What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee received nitrogen burn to their right index finger. Employee states that she was giving breaks at the boxer position when the liquid nitrogen burn occurred. Upon further investigation the way of handling the bags for the boxer position was not followed. Employee was grabbing the bags from the bottom placing them into the box when in fact they should be grabbing them at the top. Employee was seen and was diagnosed with 2nd degree frost bite of the tip of their finger.
