Before the incident
Associate was moving boxes off the line to place on the cart. She was trying to build up enough factory sealed work for her to inspect and delivery to ready to process line. Once she turned around the associate tripped over the pallet jack that was placed behind her.
What happened
A pallet jack had been placed behind the area the associate was working. The associate was not aware of the pallet jack and she tripped when she turned to place the product on the rack.
