Loading boxes onto conveyor.

Was moving a box from a pallet to a conveyor when they felt discomfort in wrist at the same time the box started to come apart due to poor taping.

On this date at approximately 0852 hours the associate was placing boxes on the South Induction Line from a pallet. While relocating a case from the pallet to be placed on the induction line the Associate felt discomfort on his left wrist. The associate added that during this maneuver the box started to come apart as the tape came undone as he was placing the box on the conveyor belt. Due to the box coming unsecured while lifting of the box it became awkward where the associate felt tightness in his left wrist.
