Before the incident
Inventory Associate had stopped in the single layer drop off area of D cell to assist a case pick associate with a pallet. After assisting the associate they turned to walk back to their lift.

Their left foot then became entangled in a stretch wrap tail from the pallet. The associate began to studder step and fall towards their lift. The associate extended their hands out to break the fall. Their left index finger contacted the lift. The associate requested medical treatment.
