What happened
The associate was bent over picking items from the bottom rack in the [REDACTED] operation. He was not operating MHE and was picking on foot with a rolling cart. He attempted to stand up but couldnt. He sat back down on the floor and began experiencing pain in his hip. The site first responders responded to the incident and called EMS after interviewing Associate. Associate was in a squatting or stooping position while picking.
