Looking into to why the door line was jamming up

After watching the transfer move the doors into the foaming area it was discussed if [REDACTED] was pushing the door in slot 1 out of the transfer while the line was faulted. 1.) If the door does not transfer in it will fault the line out--> Employee then goes in and pushes the door in with a push stick. After the door is pushed in the fault is acknowledged and cleared by pressing station reset on the screen. The line should not move if it is faulted and will only move if someone acknowledges and Station Resets it on the screen. 2.) When the line is cycle running a programmed timer internally begins running so if the required sensors are not clear when the timer is complete a faulted state occurs. When the system moves to a Faulted state it causes the shutdown of the Zone. In this case Zone 2. Employee was moving a door while it was not faulted out the transfer would have moved back to the home position when the stuck door moved pass the sensor.
