EE was Grinding Stainless Steel Material From a Pallet Sitting on a Table when EE Finished Grinding about 15 Pieces Dropped all the parts on the pallet not giving EE enough time to remove all the Fingers and Caught Right Hand Ring Finger with the number of parts and weight Popped the Finger open. EE went to compcare received 3 stiches and has a broken finger. EE was wearing all proper PPE.
